Clean Crawls has been growing steadily and we are excited to announce the availability of this new position. We are seeking a leadership-focused sales manager to help drive top-line revenue growth, recruitment, training, business development, and expansion. The compensation and benefits for this position will be lucrative and commensurate with the qualifications and tangible results achieved by the position. Starting salary base, incentive-based and bonus structure of $100,000 or more.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing sales force and leading with consultative-based selling strategy.
  • Spending time "in the trenches" with the sales team to learn the ins-and-outs of the business while building strong communication and bonds with existing team members.
  • Handling customer service issues related to sales.
  • Business Development
  • Networking and referral programs
  • Recruitment of sales team members
  • Working closely with operations, production manager, owners, and chief marketing officer on sales development and strategy

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Must have minimum of 2-years of successful sales experience
  • Must have proven track record of successful leadership ability
  • Must have proven ability to coach, teach, and mentor teams of sales professionals
  • Must have personal-growth mindset
